Swapnil and Uday have been doing very impressive work on the coding side. The latest fixes with the file upload took our previous American programmer close to a week to resolve, and here Swapnil had it knocked out in a day. It's very comforting to see that. Sudeep has done great work. The recent project he is doing for our project manager, George. George told me yesterday that Sudeep had completed the task almost flawlessly to the specification. The three changes requested were related to items not listed in the original specification. This kind of performance really takes pressure off our QA team.

The project has been progressing very well. The Team has performed admirably and tirelessly to help us achieve our goals. It has been tight at times. This has not been their fault. The complexity of what we do proved to be under-estimated in the original timelines, and this was compounded by the performance problem. It also became clear that things we had thought implicit were not spelt out in the specifications as accurately and as clearly as they should have been (entirely our error). In all cases, Team has responded with diligence and creativity. They have operated with the highest levels of professionalism, for which I am very grateful.

So, please pass to Sudeep and his colleagues who have been in the project to date my sincere thanks for a job superbly done to this point. I look forward to our on-going relationship with them and you all.
